L.A. COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT WANTS TO QUESTION GRIGORIEVA'S SON
There is one person who may have critical information about the current investigation into the behavior of actor Mel Gibson. With four tapes surfacing at RadarOnline.com that are purported to be of a violent Gibson threatening Oksana Grigorieva, there comes word that the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department wants to question Grigorieva's older son. Oksana is the mother of Gibson's eight-month-old daughter, Lucia, but shares a 12-year-old son with actor Timothy Dalton. TMZ.com reports that the young boy may have been a witness to the alleged violent arguments between his mother and Gibson. Insiders say that Alexander Dalton did not actually see the actor strike his mother, but he was likely to have been in the vicinity and may have heard the alleged incident taking place.
Sources say Oksana will not try to block Sheriff's Department investigators from interviewing her son. In the four tapes alleged to be of conversations between her and Gibson, a male voice is heard screaming and threatening a woman while using profane insults and racial slurs.

Hardy also alleged that when they got home White slapped her and pushed her into a toilet so hard that it broke the tank. Jaleel White's attorney, Philip Cohen, says there were questions about Hardy's "credibility and timing," in part because she waited several weeks to report the incident.
CASE AGAINST ACTION STAR STEVEN SEAGAL DROPPED
It looks like Steven Seagal won't spend as many hours as expected in court this year. A one-milion-dollar complaint against the action star for sexual harassment and illegal sex trafficking was dismissed this week. This, after attorneys for Seagal's former assistant Kayden Nguyen told Los Angeles Superior Court to drop the case on Tuesday. There is no word on whether a settlement was reached between the two parties. Nguyen met Seagal after he posted an ad for an "executive assistant" on the website CraigsList. The 23-year-old claims that she went into the job expecting to perform clerical duties. Shortly after agreeing to work for Seagal, Nguyen says that she was flown to a Louisiana home owned by the actor. Nguyen alleges that once in Louisiana, Seagal fondled her and gave her illegal pills from Tibet.
In the original complaint documents, Nguyen's attorneys wrote, quote, "Ms. Nguyen can and will describe in great detail Mr. Seagal's unique physiological reaction to sexual arousal."

The Saboteur is shaking up the cast so far this season with identity-obscuring video messages. On Wednesday, he -- or she -- told the house that two competitors have lied, and that they went into the competition as lifelong friends. To find out the identity of the "Big Brother 12" Saboteur, tune in to CBS tonight at 8:00 p.m. Eastern. The show airs on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays on the eye network.

Gossip blogger Perez Hilton interviewed Pratt on video across the street from the party, where the TV star mingled with fans while dressed like an old man. Wearing a white wig and facial hair, Pratt said, quote, "I wasn't invited to that party, so I'm having my own party with the people on the Hollywood walk of stars." On why he decided to come out even though he wasn't invited, he says he spent a lot of time being hated and simply wants closure. Pratt also promised there's more to come from him. He said, quote, "You will see the real Spencer Pratt because I am legally released now to be free in America, freedom of speech, so you get to hear my obnoxious mouth on a whole grander scale."
